WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Block apps — Add distracting apps to your blocklist. Choose a soft block (a gentle reminder you can bypass for the current session) or a hard block (a firm stop).

• Block websites — Stop distracting sites.

• Set daily time limits — Give yourself a daily allowance for an app. When you reach the limit, KickIt steps in.

• Accountability buddy — Invite someone you trust to help you stay on track.

• Uninstall protection — Make it harder to remove KickIt in a moment of weakness.

HOW IT WORKS

KickIt detects when a blocked app or website comes to the foreground and shows a block screen. Soft blocks let you continue for the current session if you truly need to; hard blocks hold firm so you can step away.
