Makes me think that my shoes aren’t gonna come in. The shipping times are also insanely long so don’t use their services. ### 4/5 — A Lot Better Than I Expected! *2026-06-24* I saw a lot of reviews and comments on the order processing and shipping speed being slow and I guess I was fortunate enough to have not experienced those delays - I placed the order on a Friday, it started shipping from Hong Kong the next Monday, and it arrived on a Wednesday. So it took 5 calendar days in total. The package has been stuck in customs since May 4 because the seller failed to provide the required information to FedEx. More than a month has passed with no resolution and no meaningful updates. Customer support keeps telling me to wait instead of fixing the problem. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a product, not months of excuses. Very disappointing experience.
