Can’t write estimates, cameras or drains. Some of the charge options. Opening existing estimates already selected also cause immediate crash. Ty 3.32.0 ### 4/5 — Photo access *2024-08-29* App doesn’t allow me to upload photos/will only let me upload one photo at a time. This really slows me down on my jobs. I tried going into my setting but “photos” isn’t even option under the app settings.I would allow access to all my photos. Most annoying current one is when using the app it constantly logs me out even in the middle of a long winded estimate at which point you loose the entire thing. The app is very user friendly as well as a versatile tool. However, when I can’t use it, I have to bug my boss to get customers info for the day. The web version is great but the app is not functional. There’s no dashboard view which seems cheesy, but the biggest issue is scheduling. The scroll menu for scheduling jobs DOES NOT WORK. It glitches and always selects a different time. The app works for us about 30% of the time. It’s glitch city every time you want to use it. Stuff won’t load or it just won’t load right or sometimes like right now I can’t even access the app altogether. And for the record I have the latest iPhone with up to date software and the app is up to date as well- it just literally doesn’t work half the time. Connects right to quickbooks. My team loves it and it’s very versatile compared to other apps I’ve used. The app is permission based, so unfortunately, techs think they can’t do something, when actually, the account owner has given their users limited visibility. There have been many updates lately, and I highly recommend reaching out to the super responsive sales and support teams with any questions or concerns. Definitely holds up to the expectations you would have after seeing how amazing their web interface is! These guys really know how to do right. Old version: You know, I'm actually shocked that this app is as terrible as it is. This company offers a GREAT and unique and competitive product. I have used at least 4 other services for my scheduling and job management and this is by far the best. But as soon as I saw the app I was shocked. It is so terribly put together, things aren't linked together, you can't filter the jobs by technician, you can't delete items in quotes or invoices last I checked. Not customizable, terrible menus. I just don't understand why it is so poorly designed. They need to do a complete revamp of the app changing everything. Luckily they have a mobile WEB version for mobile devices or I would never use this service. But don't let the app keep you away from their product. The online version is amazing. So many features and options and very well put together.
