Sind gerade im Urlaub und wollten tippen. Leider hat meine Frau und auch ich einen weißen Bildschirm. Wo liegt der Fehler? Was kann ich tun?
Ansonsten macht es spaß mit anderen zu tippen.

**Developer response:** Hallo, in diesem Fall ist kicktipp.de vermutlich im lokalen Wlan gesperrt. Da sollte es dann funktionieren, wenn das Wlan kurzzeitig deaktiviert wird.

Seit Anfang der Saison werden bei der Tippabgabe, wenn ich über den „Weiter“-Button klicke, einige Spiele ausgelassen, so dass ich dann manuell eintragen muss… 
Ich bin blind und daher auf VoiceOver angewiesen; die App ist auch gut zu bedienen, jedoch ist mir seit kurzem folgendes aufgefallen: 
Seit dem letzten Update (28. Oktober) löscht die App beim Eingabevorgang der Tipps diese, wenn ich ungefähr die Hälfte der Spiele eingegeben habe (ich habe dies zweimal ausprobiert und dann sicherheitshalber alle zwei Spiele auf „Speichern“ geklickt). 
Des Weiteren ist mir bei der Tippabgabe aufgefallen, wenn man in einem Eingabefeld steht und man mit einem mehrmaligen Linkswisch zu den Mannschaften gelangen möchte, dass ich aus dem Eingabefeld rausfliege (die Tippquoten könnten das Problem sein; werden seit neuestem als Links dargestellt). 
Ich hoffe, dass dies nachvollziehbar ist; ich verwende die Sprachausgabe VoiceOver, iOS 18.6.2 und ein iPhone SE III Generation.

zunächst mal: Entschuldige bitte die späte Antwort! 
Die Quoten wurden auch vorher schon verlinkt. Die können neuerdings nur nach Heim/Remis/Gast einzeln angeklickt werden. Wenn man zum nächsten Link wechselt, sind bei den Quoten also drei Links statt einem Link vorhanden.
Was das neu Laden der Tippabgabe angeht: Bei der Tippabgabe gab es leider ein Problem mit einem Werbebanner. Besteht das Problem bei Dir immer noch?

Wir spielen in der Familie viel und Fußball tippen gehört dazu. Dass man jetzt für diese App das Rating auf 18+ gesetzt hat ist wenig sinnvoll. Es ist keine Wett-App. So werden nun viele Eltern die Bildschirmzeit für Apps auf 18+ setzen und erlauben damit den Zugriff auf echte Erwachsenen-Apps.

Seit dem letzten iOS Update ist der Bildschirm nach dem Starten der App immer weiß. Ich habe die App gerade auch einmal deinstalliert und neu heruntergeladen, leider ist das Problem immer noch nicht behoben. Vorübergehend muss man also die Webversion benutzen, ich hoffe aber darauf, dass die App bald wieder für mich benutzbar ist. Wir nutzen sie für ein Tippspiel, das wirklich sehr viel Spaß macht. Da ich die App gerne weiterempfehle, gibt es fünf Sterne, aktuell ist sie aber für mich nicht nutzbar und ich muss auf die Browserversion ausweichen.

Früher wurde die E-Mail beim Anmelden in der App immer angezeigt bzw. gespeichert. Nur Password musste ergänzt werden.

Nun muss ich auch immer die E-Mail wieder eingeben. Sehr nervig.

Touch ID ist auch nicht verfügbar?
