It’s unfortunate to leave this review because they actually charge fair prices but I’ve had a problem with my app for the past few days and the support is horrible. They read your questions and don’t reply back.

God help you something goes wrong with your scooter and you have to talk to the customer support.  Rude, unhelpful and downright insulting.  Very unfortunate.

საქართველოში არსებული სკუტრების კომპანიაში არის ძალიან კარგი კომპანია, ძალიან კარგი მომსახურება . პრობლემის შემთხვევაში ეგრევე გიგვარებენ ოპერატორები პრობლემას. თვითონ სკუტერებიც კარგია,  უბრალოდ არის მხოლოდ ერთი პრობლემა. ის რომ როდესაც ძლივს იპოვნი დაყენებულს და გააქტიურებ მერე გიწერს რომ გაფუჭებულია ამასაც თუ გამოასწორებთ რომ აპლიკაციაში აჩვენებდეს სკუტერის მდგომარეობას ძალიან კარგი იქნება და კიდევ ერთი ნუ აძვირებთ ფასს და ეცადეთ რო ცენტრალურ ქუჩებზე ეყენოს. მთლიანობაში ძალიან კარგი კომპანიაა ! წარმატებები და უფრო და უფრო კარგი შეთავაზებები გააკეთეთ.
