I tried to plan too! 3 months in advance! So it wasn’t a last minute thing. I have the picture of the quote if anyone would like to see it. The app forced me to book 2 cars for 6 people total. I then emailed them and asked if we truly need 2 cars or if they offer SUVs. He says you need 2 cars. When the first SUV arrived I loaded my whole family into the first vehicle thinking he realized the mistake and just sent 1 car. Oh no… the other guy was at a different address. Yet I had to pay for both cars?
