App was sooooo glitchy ! Wouldn’t save my profile info , wasn’t able to cancel or edit rides after they were scheduled , no area for notes or details about pickup , support link gave 404 error notice … yikes ! I’ll stick with my local car service

I am so happy to have found this service... my son looks forward to seeing his driver who is incredibly kind and I love her because she is safe. This service has sincerely made our mornings more manageable and relaxed!! Thank you😊
