It is really hard to understand the pricing structure and to get access to itemized bill that breaks down travel expense.the app was spotty and I could never track my children while they were riding with the driving nanny.  I think there is a lot of functionality comparable to other apps on the market - Lyft, Uber, bambino that could be incorporated. While they attempted to provide responsive customer. Service- I’m still waiting on something requested 2 weeks ago!

This company has been such a lifesaver for us. At times the app malfunctioned when putting the payment. Almost all the drivers have been clean, on time and friendly.
