Kiddie Kredit is turquoise but many people are screaming so I need to call an app doctor. 😢 ### 2/5 — Frozen *2024-05-27, version 2.3.7* We’ve been using this app for three days , which was so amazing but now mine and my kids profile is stuck on my daughter’s profile and it won’t let me change back to the parent account. ### 2/5 — Great concept, poor delivery *2024-05-20, version 2.3.7* This app has a great concept and would’ve been 5 stars if it worked better. When you delete rewards for the kids to earn they don’t remove from the child’s version of the app. No matter how much you refresh or wait they do not disappear. This also happens when deleting chores. It’s really really annoying as my child was getting frustrated that she couldn’t complete certain tasks purely because we didn’t need her to do them and they wouldn’t delete from her app. In addition to this you cannot add singular chores, everything has to be repeated either daily, weekly or monthly. When we had a situation of needing my child to pack a suitcase, this wasn’t a task that would ever need repeating however we couldn’t actually assign it as we then wouldn’t be able to delete it afterwards. A great concept but definitely needs delivering better. ### 5/5 — Great app! *2023-10-09, version 2.3.2* My family and I are enjoying the Kiddie Kredit app. I heard about from a colleague at work and easily downloaded the app. We explained the concept to my kids and as they got to understand it they started to use it to save their “bucks” for the things that they wanted. My wife and I have noticed an improvement in them actual thinking about how their credit will be effected if they don’t do their agreed upon tasks. Kiddie Kredit is a great tool for giving kids life lessons on the effect of credit on theirs finances and their lives. If you’re looking for a great way to start teaching the little ones on your family about financial literacy - this app is by far the number 1 choice. Finally an easy chores app that isn’t heavily monetised! The app did the same on my phone and tablet. I’ve deleted/uninstalled app several times from all three devices and still can’t get anything to work. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-03-15, version 2.3.0* The app simply doesn’t work. Signed up, downloaded on my kids phone, created task and rewards. But the task will not show up when I log in the kids… I reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, and no changes. Even on my sons phone I can see task as the parent but not as the child. The settings are underwhelming…. Can’t edit parent avatar, cannot edit point values or timing. Can’t get kids task to show up, can’t change the option to use my device or theirs, can’t input completed task from my device. Seems like it could be great with a lot of help!! It’s simple to use, the terms are pretty self explanatory, and it allows me as a parent to track spending, make sure payments are being made on time, and reinforce good spending habits early on.
