Make, modify or cancel your Sweet Kiddles reservations anywhere you are, right from your phone! This app has nearly all of the functionality of the member portal, all from the convenience of your phone. From this app you can make reservations for your children to visit any of the Sweet Kiddles flexible childcare centers locations in the Cleveland area. App functions include: * Communicate directly with classroom teachers and/or administrators, receive updates throughout the day of your child's visit and stay on top of your child's educational development through observation reporting and assessment sharing. * Request new reservations for your children. I will go through all the sub menus for the activities and there’s absolutely nothing :whatever you guys did to this app broke it. Teacher trying to send me pictures or what child ate for snack…. I have uninstalled the apps, cleared the cache, reinstall, logged in, logged out you named it. Worthless app can only get messages that’s it! ### 2/5 — Latest update causes photo saving issues *2025-02-04* The latest update results in inconsistent photo saving success. For any photos that have writing in them (question of the day or writing in the preschool rooms on signs, etc.) I’m unable to hold down on the photo and save. It highlights the date/time instead. This impacts saving photos of my oldest the most as my youngest is still in classrooms with mostly imagery. Iphone 12, ios 18.3 ### 2/5 — Notification Issues *2024-12-11* Even if I delete and re-download this app, it still struggles to notify me when activities are posted. ### 3/5 — Buggy *2023-10-27* Nice app but no audio notifications are going off. Not even a buzz! App lags, have to pull down to refresh to see notifications. If app is already open and was in another menu and back out , and see there are notifications, and open it. nothing shows I have to close out app and reopen. ### 5/5 — Convenient and Reassuring *2023-08-07* I’m so happy with Kiddle Connect! I enjoy having one app that encompasses our scheduling, invoicing and daily updates. My child’s teacher is constantly updating the feed and sending photos. It’s easy to message and check in - I also get memos from the admin team separately so it’s easy to discern logistical messages from chil updates. The company has done many updates for the app and has taken parent concerns/suggestions when making improvements. ### 5/5 — Much improved *2023-08-07* Kudos to Sweet Kiddles to building in an integrated solution. Has continued to get better since launched 2 months ago! ### 1/5 — Too Many Issues *2023-06-08* This app has way too many issues for me when I’m trying to check on my child. 1- I can’t save my username and password so every time I want to access the app I have to log in. 2- I no longer get notifications on my phone when the admin. Send a message, post a picture or update my feed. There is no way to fix this in my phone settings. 3- whenever I try to save a photo the app closes. These issues MUST be fixed immediately because I need to be able to check on my child and communicate with admin. whenever he’s at daycare. ### 3/5 — Needs notifications ASAP *2023-06-07* This is basically useless without notifications!! Please save login info and cut down on excessive animations, it slows down the app ### 3/5 — Close but not perfect *2023-06-07* I agree with the other reviewer. The app needs a few fixes before it’s good. There needs to be an easier way to log in - keep me logged in or enable faceid or something. There needs to be a way to enable notifications so I can be up to date instead of needing to sign in to check if anything’s been happening. There’s no way to know if staff or admin have messaged me unless I go into the app. ### 3/5 — App has issues *2023-06-05* 1. Way too many steps to get to the kid feed, so just to check in on your child you have to go through several steps 2. Doesn’t recognize face ID or saved passwords so every time you want to check in through the day you have to enter your passcode again. That’s multiple times a day, every day. 3. When trying to save pictures the app force-closes 4. No notifications? So now when I get daycare messages and/or updates, there are no notifications of such.
