Every time I ordered something, they ended up sending the wrong item. What’s even more frustrating is that the return process takes days, and the whole process is so tiring and inconvenient that you eventually feel exhausted dealing with it. A mistake can happen once, but repeating the same issue 2–3 times shows a serious lack of quality control. Customers shouldn’t have to keep wasting their time correcting someone else’s mistake. Very disappointing experience. The quality of the product was also nowhere close to what was shown or described on the website. I raised a return request within 10 minutes of delivery and also contacted customer support. Unfortunately, my calls went unanswered after the initial conversation, my emails were ignored, and I had to keep following up for hours without a proper resolution. What made the experience even worse was seeing claims like “Try at Home – Instant Refund” on the website. That has not been my experience at all. Instead of processing my refund, I was only offered a replacement, even after I clearly stated that I wanted a refund because I had lost confidence in both the product quality and customer service. Customer support needs significant improvement in communication and responsiveness. It was a thoughtful and beautifully arranged gesture. I appreciate the effort behind the app, and although I faced minor issues with the location feature, the support team was prompt and helpful. The overall experience was very positive, and the extra gift made it even more special. My sincere appreciation to Ankit Bhaiya and Srishti Di for their dedication and vision in early childhood development. Their initiative is truly inspiring for young parents. Wishing them continued success and growth, and many more meaningful impacts ahead.
