Booking notifications: If I make multiple bookings, I get the SAME ‘Please be patient’ notifications repeatedly. Even in the middle of the night. 2. Promotions: Customers should have the option to disable promotional notifications. It’s 2026 already. Initially, I was not told about the rate during booking. The hourly rate pop up when the app matching babysitter to me (scheduling session). In my case, RM160 per hour. Very expensive.
