It’s easy to use, price is reasonable especially if you get their Payday Sale vouchers. If I encounter any issues at all, it’s usually resolved within minutes. They’re so reliable and I will continue using them as it’s allowed me some peace of mind while I have to do work or run errands. I’ve purchased their vouchers as gifts to friends too. A little note- sometimes my carer would leave a message right after the session has ended but I am unable to read it anymore as the chat closed. Would be nice if the chat can remain open for at least an hour so we can check the message. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 2/5 — A lot to improve *2023-11-24, version 1.5.3* Chat room - If carer cancel, new carer join in the chat can see previous conversation/info shared. No privacy. Submit a review - Written part not responsive when want to submit review. User may accidentally click no for the final question. (child safe) Notification - When want extension, please inform Whatsapp group. Which one? Service Channel? Announcement? Other admin? Naming and label can be improve to avoid confusion. Parents would not want to navigate through the app when spending time out to deal with this app UX. Whatsapp is a totally different application. There are few other ideas but I would come back from time to time. This review simply for the app nor related to the carer or services. This all information is sensitive as bank account details and how about Application and customer information security? But the baby sitting rate is high. Initially, I was not told about the rate during booking. The hourly rate pop up when the app matching babysitter to me (scheduling session). In my case, RM160 per hour. Very expensive. Once booked please show the profile of the kiddocarer profile and also the reviews. We don’t have the mental space to memorize credentials and what not. When it comes to emergency you are slow to respond. I have to wait for a long time for a call back. 15 mins is a long time if your baby is crying uncontrollably. In the chat I’ve requested for a call as I am carrying my baby, that wasn’t even done until I search for the number and call you guys. There are not many applicants who apply for the job. Usually 1 or 2 so it made me question how many carers do you actually have? I would love to continue to use and support Kiddocare but please try to improve these so our experience will be pleasant. ### 4/5 — Still no notification settings *2026-02-19, version 2.10.1* I use Kiddocare almost daily and it has been a life saver BUT please put notification settings in the app! 1. Booking notifications: If I make multiple bookings, I get the SAME ‘Please be patient’ notifications repeatedly. Even in the middle of the night. 2. Promotions: Customers should have the option to disable promotional notifications. It’s 2026 already. Thank you for the wonderful app but please keep improving! ### 4/5 — Improper language *2024-05-11, version 1.5.3* For such an established business, I'm kinda shocked that the notifications sent to my phone contained sentences with improper spellings and words use. "Need a babysitter to go detim this weekend"? "Jangan gaduh dengan sayang ek, lek lu"? The sentences used in these notifications give an impression that Kiddocare isn't serious in managing babysitters. ### 4/5 — Things you can improve on *2024-02-26, version 1.5.3* 1. When picking for available carer, please give more options instead of just the first 5 that apply, I’m very sure u have more than that available. 2. On the active booking put the date of the kiddocare suppose to work, not the date that the booking has been made 3. Have like a template ready for faster booking, I book a few times a month so it’s troublesome to have to input everything from scratch. Make it easier for regulars to book 4.
