Пишут, что одна подписка на все приложения. Оплатила, уже скоро месяц как пройдет. Скачала приложения из списка, где написано было, что они теперь вам доступны. И ничего не доступно, везде оплачивать заново нужно!  Конечно, я бы не оплачивала, если бы знала, одна эта игра не стоит того. Служба поддержки не отвечает, отправила уже несколько писем

Ребята, ну вы чего?? Написано «попробуйте 3 дня бесплатно», нажимаю «ок» и у меня списывается сразу же сумма за месяц! А где бесплатный трёх дневный период??
Прошу вернуть деньги и предоставить этот бесплатный трёх дневный период

Apple дает возможность воспользоваться беспатным периодом только 1 раз. Если до этого Вы им уже пользовались, но отписались, а затем решили еще раз воспользоваться бесплатным периодом, то биллинг Apple сам списывает деньги сразу, повторно не предоставляя бесплатный период.

Но! Сразу купила платную подписку, потому что дочь увлеклась, а приложение вылетает прям во время рисования. Причём проверила на разных рисунках 🙄🙄🙄 На бесплатном пробном поросёнке все было ок!

Какой смысл делать 3 дня бесплатно? Делайте сразу платное приложение, а не обманывайте. Только зря скачивали

23 мая оплатили полную подписку, сегодня все заблокировано. Ранние покупки якобы восстановлены, но опять требую оплатить в полной мере мотивируя тем, что закончились бесплатные три дня.

**Developer response:** Это решается довольно просто - на экране настроек нажмите кнопку "Восстановить покупку". И все покупки будут восстановлены.
