## What is KidLoop Rides?

KidLoop Rides helps schools, after-school programs, and transportation teams organize daily student transportation. Administrators, drivers, and parents can access the information they need in one place.
DAILY OPERATIONS
View the day’s trips, riders, and vehicle assignments, and identify pickup arrangements that need attention.
SCHOOL CALENDARS
Manage school terms, holidays, early dismissal days, and grade-specific dismissal times to keep transportation plans aligned with school schedules.
ROUTES AND SCHEDULING
Set pickup and drop-off stops, operating dates, drivers, and vehicles. Build student rosters based on school, grade, and after-school arrangements, then review daily transportation assignments.
STUDENT INFORMATION
Keep student photos, schools, grades, after-school programs, and pickup notes organized. Record recurring weekdays when transportation is not needed.
DRIVER WORKSPACE
Drivers can view assigned trips and student lists, confirm pickups and drop-offs, and record absences. Pickup times, drop-off times, and action history help maintain clear records.
PARENT WORKSPACE
Parents can view schedules, assigned drivers and vehicles, and pickup and drop-off status for their linked children. They can also submit upcoming absences and special pickup notes.
VEHICLES AND RESOURCES
Manage vehicles, seating capacity, drivers, and school and program pickup information in one place.
