## What is Kidney Connect?

Kidney Konnect is a community app especially made for kidney patients. This platform allows the patient to share their day to day struggles as well as learn new experiences from fellow patients. Through this app - 

•The patients can track their health as well as put up a reminder for their medicines/Diagnosis.
•The patients get the provision of chatting with fellow patients and forming their own personal group for discussions.
•The patients get the provision of searching nearby clinics, diagnostic centers etc.
•Online consultation by Nutritionist and Experts (Active in Phase II)
•One can find food recipes which are rich in nutrients and suitable for patients suffering from kidney diseases.

This is the first time a community app for CKD patients has come up in India. All in all, this is a great platform for the kidney patients which provides everything under one roof.
