## What is Kidper?

Kidper helps you build a healthier Focus and Break rhythm.

Set Focus stages for the apps that matter, add Break stages for recovery, and keep each session protected from casual changes. When you want shared accountability, create a Group and let another organizer approve unlock requests.

HOW IT WORKS
• Create Focus and Break stages
• Choose which apps stay available during Focus
• Start a session manually or on a schedule
• Use Group approval when another person should confirm an unlock

• Study routines: keep learning apps available during Focus
• Reward routines: use Break time as a planned reward after Focus
• Family routines: pair parent and child devices in a Group when supervision is needed
• Personal routines: protect your own rules with PIN or biometric verification
