## What is KidPilot?

KidPilot connects daycare centers and families. The team records the day right in the app, and parents are always up to date.

FOR DAYCARE TEAMS
• Check children in and out with one tap – parents can be notified instantly.
• Log meals, naps, mood, activities and photos in the daily report within seconds. If you like, a writing assistant turns a few keywords into a finished report.
• See absences, vacations and pick-up changes from parents in one place.
• Share news, photos, menus and packing lists on the noticeboard – with the whole daycare or individual groups, with read receipts.
• Manage medication safely: consent, dosage and every dose given are fully documented.

FOR PARENTS
• Follow your child’s day: arrival, meals, naps, mood and photos.
• Report an absence or a pick-up change in seconds.
• Message the team directly, check the calendar and reply to invitations.

IN FOUR LANGUAGES
KidPilot is available in German, French, Italian and English. Posts, messages and reports can be translated automatically into ten languages.

HOSTED IN SWITZERLAND
Data is stored in Switzerland. Everyone sees only what their role allows – parents see only their own children.

ACCESS
KidPilot is set up by the daycare. Staff and parents receive an invitation and sign in with their code. Information for daycares: kidpilot.ch
