Dear Tillie, Thank you for writing us. Our app has not offered a 7-day free trial. The trial available for our subscription is a 3-day free trial, shown by Apple before the subscription is confirmed. Since the subscription/payment is processed through the Apple App Store, we are not able to cancel it or issue a refund directly from our side. Apple manages all App Store subscriptions, payments, cancellations, and refund decisions. To cancel the subscription on iPhone or iPad: Open the Settings app. Tap your Apple ID/name at the top. Tap Subscriptions. Select our app subscription. Tap Cancel Subscription. To request a refund from Apple: Go to Apple’s “Report a Problem” page. Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. Choose “I’d like to” → “Request a refund.” Select the reason for the refund request. Choose the app/subscription purchase and submit the request. If you do not see the purchase there, please check whether the subscription was made with another Apple ID or through Family Sharing. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
