Tried to add one habit and it kept crashing - just a blank, dark green screen. And it doesn’t seem as if you can customize the habits or rewards to things you want. Will be uninstalling. ### 1/5 — Frozen and will not do anything *2024-03-31* I just downloaded this app and paid for the subscription because it looked like just what my family needed. I went through some of the set-up and now it is frozen on a screen. I have turned my iPad off several times, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it is still on that frozen screen. I tried to download the app on my phone and I get an error code. I can’t find anywhere to email the developer for help. But suddenly when I open the app, it acts as though I’m a new user. When I click that I already have an account, the app force closes. I guess we have lost all our data we had on there. I got the lifetime unlimited access IAP, however, still get pop up prompts for subscription every now and then. This is dangerous as my kids can inadvertently tap on the Continue button to subscribe to a monthly subscription. I am now hesitant to continue using the app if the prompts keep on showing up. Please check and disable the subscription ads for already paid users. **Developer response:** Thank you so much for your review—we’re really glad to hear the app is helping motivate your kids with their routines! I wish it could be customized for older kids/teens. I imagine my kids would have thought it was too childish by 10yo, maybe 11. Seems like a good tool for families with very young kids.
