My sons watch continuously fails to track and you end up having to uninstall and reinstall. Nothing but constant issues and upon reporting most recent issue was told, in an incredibly unprofessional manner that it was my sim that was faulty and didn’t even attempt to try and resolve my issue. Funny that when downloading and setting up a competitors app it worked perfectly. Ordered online, it arrived quickly and was easy enough to set up. I did enter the phone number wrong initially and (without me contacting them) within a couple of minutes got a message from Kidsnav tech support explaining how to resolve my mistake. The screen is bright and responsive, the watch itself seems rugged enough to cope and seems well made. The sound on calls is good, clear and loud and so far the gps appears pretty accurate.
