However, you may have noticed certain cross-app promotions that are similar to the Cooking Club app, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Hello, if you’ve already made a purchase but are not able to access the content, it might be a case of needing to restore your access. Please try opening the app (while logged in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase), click on any locked icon, and tap the Restore button. If the issue persists, we’d be happy to assist you further! Please reach out to us at support@kidlo.com with your purchase receipt and we’ll make sure everything is sorted for you. Also, the Cooking Club app offers 100+ content where children learn through active action – whether it's cutting, stirring, decorating. This helps them develop important skills such as fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and creativity. Our subscription allows us to continuously develop the app, add new content and provide your child with high-quality educational learning experiences. We also offer a free trial period of 3 or 7 days so that you can try out the app to the full extent before committing.
