I paid to get other patients, had them for a while but had to reinstall my app when it stopped working and had to get the update. After that I was back to just 2 patients. Tried to submit app help but the page to do this is in Japanese? Help!

Some odd quirks, and sometimes hard to get the "treatments" to work.  The directions have some amusing "engrish." But you can't beat the smiling poops, and my child really enjoys it.
