## What is こどもずかん Kids' Encyclopedia?

A first picture encyclopedia for little vehicle fans.
Trains, bullet trains, fire trucks, planes, ships, rockets, and more — about 50 vehicles, each with a big picture and a simple description.

BIG PICTURES TO LOOK AT
Explore the shapes and colors of each vehicle in big, photo-like pictures, full screen on iPhone and iPad.

CAN'T READ YET? JUST LISTEN
Tap a button to hear the name and description read aloud, so kids who can't read yet can enjoy it too.

SPEED, LENGTH, AND PASSENGERS
Each vehicle shows its speed, its length, and how many people it carries, so kids can compare vehicles.

ENGLISH AND JAPANESE
Switch between English and Japanese anytime. The name in the other language is shown too, so kids can learn both. In Japanese, choose hiragana only, hiragana and katakana, or hiragana, katakana, and kanji.

COLLECT FAVORITES
Tap the heart, and the vehicle moves to the top of the list.

JUMP TO ANY GROUP
Book-style index tabs take kids to trains, cars, planes, and more with one tap.

FOR GROWN-UPS
- No ads. No tracking or analytics.
- Settings open with a long press, and purchases sit behind a math-problem parental gate, so kids can't buy anything by accident.
- The app is free, and some vehicles are free to view. To see every vehicle, buy the Vehicles book with an In-App Purchase. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- Family Sharing is supported.
- The text and pictures were generated with AI, and some details may differ from real vehicles. Check the facts together in books or by seeing vehicles in person.
- Pictures are downloaded from the internet and saved on the device after they are shown.
