## What is Kids Jigsaw Puzzle Game?

We are glad to introduce our new puzzle games for kids and toddlers! App equally combine engaging game and educational value. 
While playing your child will develop:
- logical thinking 
- problem solving skills
- attentiveness

Three different types of puzzles and multiple pictures will make the learning even more exciting:
- Fill in the gaps: The picture appears with the empty outlines and a panel with the missing objects. Your child can drag and drop them to fill in the matching gaps.  
- Rotate the parts: The picture appears on the screen but the parts are rotated randomly. Your child should rotate each part to fix the picture.
- Jigsaw puzzles: Your child is supposed to arrange the parts of the picture together. 

Parents can adjust the difficulty according to child's age, progress level & skills.

Some technical details to know about puzzles subscription:
Once the free trial period is over, users are automatically charged standard price specified in the app. Once confirmed, the payment is charged to the user’s iTunes account.
As a rule, AppStore renews subscriptions at least 24 hrs before the current period end date. To find all the information on managing the subscriptions billed through Apple, please go to your iTunes account.
Please note that subscriptions are canceled through iTunes/Apple account settings, not through the app. The subscription (as well as the free trial period) can be canceled any time but at least 24 hrs before the end date of the current period.

Purchased this mistakenly, when emailed they said they don’t have return policy. I tried to access it after that but it wasn’t letting me. Contacted so many times but the response was not helpful at all. Useless app. Total waste of money

### 1/5 — Misleading Charges by kids Jigsaw Puzzle game by Keiki World – Refund Request

Like many other users, I was misled by the Keiki World app’s purchase process. The pricing and subscription terms were not presented clearly, and I did not intend to authorize the additional charges.

My intention was only to subscribe to the one-month trial for approximately $10. Instead, the app charged a total of $75 through three separate transactions.

I contacted their support immediately after noticing the charges, but they replied that they could not issue a refund.

I kindly ask Apple to review this app’s subscription terms, pricing transparency, and sales practices, as they appear to be misleading and have affected many users. I also respectfully request a refund for these unintended charges.

Their account setup is very misleading and I signed up without knowing and the support team said there was nothing they could do

First of all, I was tricked into selecting this jigsaw puzzle app while trying to set up the Keiki app and was charged an extra $15 on top to f what I already paid and the didn’t even want the jigsaw puzzles. My son is not even old enough per their requirements. They refuse to give me my money back and I explained how mad I was about it. This app should be free. Not worth the money at all.

I downloaded this app thinking it would help my bonus daughter. I was charged twice and had. Of completed anything. Each time I log onto the app it says to pay for for something within the app after I paid to use the app. This is a scam!

I downloaded Keiki World and received an email to complete registering by downloading this app also. Then, I got charged $15 CAD just for downloading the app! All apps will warn you of charges at download, unless are free to download and you decide to pay to use extra features. 

To add to all this, I went back to Keiki World and browsed through the app, and found a tab for sheets and tests. I entered it using my year of birth as it’s for parents, but when I clicked download tab, again never being prompted of any charges, so thinking it’s included, I got a $72 CAD charge!! All for 22 sheets of paper. I wasn’t sure what I’m being charged for even until I emailed the customer service. I thought I might’ve bought a yearly subscription or something, because there was no fees displayed anywhere.
