Do not subscribe! *2025-09-04* The way these people make you purchase all their apps within each of them is misleading. I accidentally purchased something i didnt want, need or can even use (by baby isnt capable of doing any of the things offered in this app). After realizing i subscribe to an additional thing, i sent an email within the 24 hrs frame of purchase, asking for a refund, which their website says you can! But they refuse to! . The pricing and subscription terms were not presented clearly, and I did not intend to authorize the additional charges. My intention was only to subscribe to the one-month trial for approximately $10. Instead, the app charged a total of $75 through three separate transactions. I contacted their support immediately after noticing the charges, but they replied that they could not issue a refund. I kindly ask Apple to review this app’s subscription terms, pricing transparency, and sales practices, as they appear to be misleading and have affected many users. Then, I got charged $15 CAD just for downloading the app! All apps will warn you of charges at download, unless are free to download and you decide to pay to use extra features. To add to all this, I went back to Keiki World and browsed through the app, and found a tab for sheets and tests. I entered it using my year of birth as it’s for parents, but when I clicked download tab, again never being prompted of any charges, so thinking it’s included, I got a $72 CAD charge!! All for 22 sheets of paper. I wasn’t sure what I’m being charged for even until I emailed the customer service. I thought I might’ve bought a yearly subscription or something, because there was no fees displayed anywhere. **Developer response:** Hello Sasha!
