They want you to pay for the game. There is a 14 day free trial, so jam on that if you feel like it. They helped me with a glitch that I thought I wouldn’t have a solution to fix on my own. This is seriously one of the best learning apps for my children! I’m really glad that I reached out to them and I’m very satisfied with the customer service I can’t thank them enough! My children are happy to try out the unlocked games again!!! This app is sure a head start for my babies, they deserve it!!! All the games are colorful, to the point, clear, full of happy melodies, so many thinking and educational lessons. At the time of setting up a subscription, we were advised we could cancel easily anytime through the settings. Well this is not the case, the settings offers only an option to send through an email. I sent the email requesting my subscription be cancelled but have yet to hear back.
