There’s so much useful information, meal plans, and tips for pretty much anything you’ll need to know. As I was reading their materials, I had some questions and messaged them on their Instagram account. They messaged back quickly and were super helpful and friendly. I downloaded it because I noticed that she started to be picky again so I needed fresh ideas and wow this app did not disappoint. Plus the free food activities are so easy to give ideas on how to help your kids try a food. We use the banana muffin and peanut butter and jelly muffin recipes weekly! It’s also nice that the filters in the recipe section allow you to adjust for food allergies, the time it takes to cook them, or also by ingredients. The screen if not zoom in by itself (like the resolution too small makes the photos overflowing), or the screen just froze couldn’t scroll up or down. App is up date and I have restarted it 10 times already. After i purchase it some features of doesn’t work at all. Eg: start and meals all the time show as blank. They just don’t taste good and my kids won’t eat them. My husband no longer asks me “what can do I make for a snack?” Since all the ideas are right there! The recipes are regularly updated and added unlike others. It’s also significant cheaper than other apps on this level. They focus on posting one recipe but meal planning for the day and week. This type of meal planning is important to make sure your kid gets a variety of foods, allows you to reuse leftovers without them getting sick of foods but also ensure they hit the right food groups in a fun and realistic way. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2024-03-11, version 1.0.142* Love this app for my toddler! My son wasn’t into eating when we first began, and with the help of the app I was able to learn different approaches to help him. I always use the food library for now to cut/serve items, use the checklist so I know what he’s had so far, and I also love the recipes! I also follow them on instagram and they are so responsive to any questions you send them.
