Pocket now uses your own currency.

Amounts were always shown in US dollars, so anyone outside the US had to convert every figure before entering it. Pocket now picks up your device's currency automatically, and you can change it any time in Profile.

This changes how amounts are labelled, not what they are worth - a 20 you entered before is still a 20.

Also fixed: the upgrade screen could show the yearly price in one currency and the monthly equivalent in another, and allowance reminders could arrive in a different currency than the app.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-13

Deleted data can now be recovered, and you can keep your own copy.

A parent wrote to us after losing years of their children's records to a single tap. There was no way to get it back. That should never have been possible, and this update makes sure it is not.

- Recently Deleted. If you delete everything, it is now kept for 30 days and can be restored in full. A banner appears at the top of the home screen so you can find it immediately, and Recently Deleted is also in your profile.
- Export. You can now export your data as a CSV file at any time, from your profile. It opens in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets. This is the copy that stays with you, so keep one somewhere safe.
- Deleting everything now asks you to type a word to confirm, and tells you exactly how many children and transactions you are about to delete.

Two things worth knowing about recovery. It lives on the device where the deletion happened, so restore on that same device. And it goes away if the app is deleted, which is why the export matters.
