And some tickets through the app are more expensive than going direct so not sure what the point is to have these blag offers. Maybe it’s to scam on certain tickets to offer a £ off other ones? Paid £25 to access an app that just keeps crashing. Worst page seems to be cinema. Go on there then tap any cinema, crashes! So many things I want to see/book and I simply cannot. Using an iPhone 16 Pro with up to date iOS and the app is up to date too **UPDATE** Months on from using this app and still can’t access half the app without it crashing out. Can’t get a discount if I can’t load the app. I won’t be renewing. I feel ripped off **UPDATE 2** Another few months on the app is terrible. Cannot access half of it (if not more) due to the crashing. Waste of money. No updates to fix these issues and no response my Kids Pass **UPDATE 3** Oh look, a brand new update in time for Christmas. Fresh look, different ways to search… oh wait… still crashes as soon as you tap on anything. Thank you, Kids Pass Team ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-11-18, version 5.4.4* Doesn’t really offer any discounts and it’s so hard to cancel. Ive emailed asking to cancel now because it’s not an option in your account. I didn’t realise it was going to be so expensive every month. ### 1/5 — Charged even though it was cancelled. *2025-11-01, version 5.4.4* Will be going through my credit card to recoup the money that was charged without consent!! ### 1/5 — Unable to log in. Charged after requesting cancellation. *2025-09-21, version 5.4.4* No option to cancel membership within the app & was unable to log in to the website due yo a website error. I emailed Kids pass requesting to cancel my membership (because there was no other way for me to cancel, given I couldn’t log in) but they ignored my request & then charged me. ### 1/5 — Deals unclear. Hard to cancel renewal. Underhand practices. *2025-09-15, version 5.4.4* The discounts you get are unknown until you have gone through the process of booking something and added your discount code. They deliberately use underhand tactics - no mention upfront that payment is recurring, no warning a further payment is to be taken until it’s too late, reject your refund request hiding behind Ts&Cs, no way of contacting them through the app or cancelling through the app. These are all deliberate, underhand tactics. Avoid! ### 1/5 — Misleading and Not Worth It *2025-09-04, version 5.4.4* This app is a complete con. Every “deal” I checked was more expensive than booking direct cinemas, restaurants, attractions, even Legoland. On top of that, they add booking fees and slap on fake “50% off” banners to trick you. Nothing is cheaper, it’s always more. The £1 trial is just a scam to lock you into a subscription that isn’t worth a penny. Don’t waste your money — you’ll find better prices everywhere else. ### 1/5 — AVOID *2025-09-02, version 5.4.4* Difficult to cancel!! Wish I had of seen reviews before purchasing thinking I was getting a bargain. I was not. In my area it did not save me Any money. I tried through the app and through an email advising of my issues which they say they never received. When I asked for a refund as I didn’t want this any more, I received a very un friendly cold reply. For anyone with the same issues, the cancellation section can only be accessed through the website! Please make sure you go through all the options until you are definitely sure it has cancelled as it is tricky with all the options! Beware! ### 1/5 — Useless, avoid!! *2025-08-29, version 5.4.4* You don’t save any money, then forget about it, 30 days later your charged then the most difficult process to cancel a membership you didn’t know you had! Auto renews WITHOUT reminders. Customer service very poor and inflexible. Obviously desperate for subscriptions because when you go to cancel they offer a free month despite refusing to refund an unused auto renewal. ### 1/5 — Warning do not use this site. *2026-07-05, version 7.1.0* This site will continue taking money from your account years after the accounts expired. Staff who respond to emails extremely rude. And there really wasn’t much on there. I forgot to cancel, but asked to cancel the very moment the fee for the upcoming month came out (so clearly hadn’t used it) and they refused. Having used a discount to visit The London Dungeons I can say not only are the savings fantastic meaning my (3) kids can participate in more activities than I would usually be able to afford, but it’s easy to browse and discover new activities we haven’t tried yet. It has a very wide variety of things to get discounts on from Cinemas to Holidays and days out and the monthly fee I pay is so low it definitely makes it worthwhile signing up. I’ll be taking the kids out on day trips at least once a week during summer hols as I work flexibly and I’m excited to discover new places at discounted prices through this app!
