It states “no subscription found. Check if you selected the correct Apple ID”. Note that I just downloaded the app on an older device with the same Apple ID. Besides the app is great with tons of quality small apps inside. Read the review from the speech therapist. Nothing to add. Great to have during road trips, waiting in the doctor’s office or to cut out TV time. I have tried the iPad settings and everything else. Nothing works. How will kids enjoy music without any sound? ### 1/5 — Misleading "Free trial" *2026-03-06, version 1.67* I downloaded the Piano Kids app because it advertised a 3-day free trial. However, immediately after confirming the trial, I was charged the full annual subscription fee without receiving any trial period. This was not what I agreed to. I only intended to try the app during the trial before deciding whether to subscribe. I contacted the developer requesting them to cancel the subscription and issue a full refund, but no response has been received after a week. This experience is extremely disappointing and feels misleading.
