## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated)

### 2/5 — Hard to understand

*2016-12-12, version 1.0*

The voice reading the text was too mechanical and hard to understand sometimes.

### 4/5 — Does help with reading comprehension

*2015-09-10, version 1.0*

My son is passionate about animals and loves to learn about them. So not only does this app help him with his reading comprehension, it draws him in because he is learning about something he cares about. I love the progress reports so that I can see where is doing well and what we need to work on. The questions are relevant to the stories instead of kind of being off topic like other learning apps I've used. The added benefit of creating your own lessons is awesome as well so that way you can add more content once your child has went through the provided stories. I do wish the stories were read by an actual person instead of being computer generated. To me, this would make the stories that much better.

### 5/5 — Helps a lot with my class

*2015-09-11, version 1.0*

This is an excellent app for my students. They were engaged and the questions were thought provoking. I really like this app.

### 5/5 — Wonderful reading tool

*2015-09-10, version 1.0*

This app is great for kids who may be struggling a little or who find reading boring. It's colorful and interactive, and the stories are engaging. I love everything about this app!

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2015-09-09, version 1.0*

I really like this app. So far I have liked all of their apps. The stories are very engaging.

### 5/5 — Interactive and Age Appropriate

*2015-09-09, version 1.0*

I love this app. The lesson plans are age-appropriate and are not dumbed down or boring. This a great tool for teachers, homeschool parents, or even supplemental homework if your child needs a little help. It doesn't even feel like homework. I love the way it lets you monitor progress through charts and graphs. Very helpful! I think it could go without automatically reading the correct answer out loud. It's a great idea for younger students but perhaps not so much for this age group. Overall, this is a very helpful app!
