Then days later they won’t play. All videos from their "free" section (which all say 5 day free trial) play with no sound. No support at all, just a horrible app all the way around. The rattle game was at least cute but I’d rather they have an option to pay for the space theme than have to download some random junk that you don’t even want. I love that it has the option to lock the player controls. At night when it's time to settle down I load up a video and hand the device to my son, he can touch the screen all he wants.
