Fun and encouraging beginning yoga with great graphics and prompts and a rest timer between postures/poses. There is a library of poses separate from the different programs, complete with popular and official posture names. Session lengths are just right and flow well. I’m impressed! The lifelong membership is affordable and exactly what we were looking for!  I’m a nanny and quality kids fitness matters!!! Great app and well done!
