## What is KidsBond?

KidsBond is a digital communication book for both daycare centers and home-based nannies — teachers and nannies log care with ease, parents see their baby's day in real time, and inspection paperwork exports in one click.

[For Daycare Centers]
• Class roll call and batch care records save teachers time
• QR check-in/out and shift handover summaries — nothing slips through
• Director dashboard: attendance, record completion and safety alerts (fever, overdue medication, staff ratio) in real time
• One-click export of inspection documents aligned with regulator checklists
• Annual subsidy compliance pack: fees, salaries and enrollment days auto-checked
• Announcements, menus, hygiene and safety drill records kept in one place
• Payment notices with online confirmation
• Multi-center, multi-role accounts with instant permission control

[For Nannies]
• Sign up on your phone and start right away — free to use
• Care diary compiled automatically, exported as PDF for home-visit inspections
• Medication requests, incident reports and daily sign-offs — the same professional tools centers use
• The interface adapts to solo childcare, hiding what you don't need
• Parents use the same app: records follow the child from nanny to daycare

[For Parents]
• Feeding, sleep, diapers and temperature in real time
• Daily photos and growth albums to treasure every moment
• Smart digest notifications: routine updates once a day, safety alerts (incidents, fever, pickup) instantly
• QR pickup verification — delegated pickups are scanned and checked
• Sign medication requests and consent forms online
• WHO growth curves and milestone records
• Home records: log feeding and sleep at home on one shared timeline
• Interface and notifications in 6 languages (Chinese, English, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, Filipino)

[AI & Privacy]
• AI helps teachers draft diary entries — always reviewed by a teacher before sending
• Names are de-identified before AI processing; children's photos are never sent to AI
• All data encrypted in transit, accessible only to authorized parents and staff

[Getting Started]
Daycare centers and nannies: sign up and create your center in minutes.
Parents: join with the invitation code from your center or nanny.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.55.0 — 2026-08-23

The login screen remembers your email and password again. Growth entries now have a "measured at" field, so you can back-date them — yesterday's numbers no longer land on today, and the point sits at the right age on the chart. Batch class measurements can pick a date too. New: Primary Caregivers & Handover — who looks after which children, who covers during leave, and what was handed over; the teacher on leave logs it, the stand-in signs for it.

### 1.54.0 — 2026-08-22

Parents can now create a profile for their child without a centre — feeds, sleep, nappies, growth, health checks and vaccines. If the child also attends a centre, both sides merge into one timeline and growth chart. Entry codes are one per child. Teachers and nannies get Practice Plans: set a small goal and share progress. Directors get document logging with sign-off and certificate expiry tracking. Fixes: "save all" no longer covers cards, health reminders open the right page.

### 1.52.0 — 2026-08-20

Parent sign-offs are now always saved. Care diaries gain centre-configurable delivery (send now, after review, or at a set time), with an edit grace period and the option to withdraw; photo and video fields are configurable too. You can log a missed departure yourself and add a wake-up time to a nap left open overnight. Forms move "when" to the top and warn when back-dating. Fixes: nappy summary labels, dates on nap reminders, real to-do counts, and a crash when opening from a link.

### 1.50.0 — 2026-08-17

Directors and admins can now view a read-only history of children who have left the centre. Unlocking a care record now checks its type, so forms no longer open for entries that cannot be edited. Invitation links open the app directly with the code filled in. When a newer version is available, a dismissible notice appears on the home screen ("Later" hides it for seven days); Android can update in the background. Fixes: clearing age range or open places now saves.

### 1.47.0 — 2026-08-15

Childminders now have their own enrolment page: add your photo, pictures of your space, the ages you take and current openings, then share the link with parents. Interested parents can message you right on the page — it lands in your in-app inbox, so your phone number stays private. You can also see how often the page was opened this week. Fixes: freeze when adding a qualification, cut-off URL handle, share button showing before the page was public, and uneven button heights.
