### 3/5 — Performance sehr schlecht

Eigentlich eine recht gute App um Informationen zu erhalten.
Aber wenn eine Nachricht reinkommt und man sie lesen will, dauert es ewig diese zu laden. Als ob man mit einem 56k Moden im Netz wäre.
Reproduzierbar bei unterschiedlichen Accounts und Handys. Support hat bisher nicht reagiert.
Wenn das gelöst wird, ist es eine sehr nützliche App.

Die App ist fühlt sich eher wie ein Protoyp an, Pushbenachrichtigungen erscheinen nur bei einem Elternteil, neue Nachrichten werden als gelesen angezeigt, so simple Dinge wie Text aus einer Nachricht zu kopieren (um den anderen Elternteil dann halt manuell zu informieren) schlagen fehl. Über Design lässt sich streiten aber UI und Nachrichtenmasken benötigen dringend ein Freshup. Wir haben schon öfters morgens keine Infos zur aktuellen Lage gehabt obwohl diese vorgelegen hätten. Das die Kernfunktion, nämlich der Nachrichtenaustausch so unzuverlässig funktioniert, disqualifiziert in meinen Augen die App für ernsthaften Betrieb. 

Anscheinend gibt es eine neue Notfallnachrichtenfunktion für die Kita, in der zusätzlich per SMS informiert wird. Diese Nachricht hat dann nur meine Frau erhalten, obwohl in meinem Profil auch eine Notrufnummer hinterlegt ist.

Push- Benachrichtigungen funktionieren seit einiger Zeit fast durchweg nicht. So ist die App nutzlos, da wichtige Nachrichten nicht rechtzeitig erkannt werden. Niemand kann stündlich checken, ob die App es mal wieder nicht hinbekommen hat…

Eine gute App. Aber bei jedem start das Passwort umständlich aus der Liste zu Suchen nervt. Wieso gibt es keine Face ID? Oder hab ich es übersehen?

Funktionalität soweit sehr gut. Leider bekomme ich von der App keinen guten Hinweis, wenn neue Nachrichten vorliegen. Wenn ich das Banner nicht zufällig beim kurzen Erscheinen auf dem Display sehe, erkenne ich am Icon nicht dass ungelesene Nachrichten vorliegen.

An sich ist die App eine gute Idee, aber die App macht immer wieder Probleme. Bisher war es so, dass ich immer wieder (in kurzen Abständen) rausgeflogen bin und mich wieder neu anmelden musste. 
Jetzt bin ich zwar angemeldet, aber es sieht aus als wäre das komplette Konto gelöscht. Die Oberfläche ist wie beim ersten Mal öffnen ohne das man sich für eine Kita/ mit Code angemeldet hat. Es nervt wirklich, da die ganze Kommunikation über diese App läuft!
