I bought the app yesterday, the amount was debited from my card and I can't get out of the home screen, an error message appears

Does not work. Stole my money.  It keeps stopping. Every day at 12 a.m., it stops working. I uninstall it and then reinstall it, and it works for the rest of that day—but again, at 12 a.m., it stops working.

I have spent 3 hours trying to get this to work just to figure out it’s not compatible with iPhones because you have to download software that isn’t accessible on iPhones. You can use the iCloud option but every time you try to see something on the target phone it locks the targets phone iCloud and notify’s them that someone is trying to access your information and makes you reset your Apple ID password. I emailed them to get help and or a refund but from what I’ve seen so far nobody gets a refund so I have low hopes for that. Super unfortunate that they advertise it’s good for iPhone and android but it doesn’t actually work at all. Biggest waste of $85 I’ve ever spent and it seems like a scam.

After installing this app on a target phone immediately the whats up account and banking app has been suspended. Had to realise only after I had a phone conversation with the bank. Do not buy this app as it’s selling the information to third parties companies.

When you in the demo mode, there are many functions and it looks great! However, when you paid $139.99, about 70% of those functions are NOT WORKING!!! It’s crazy!!! And not worth the money that you pay for it! Please don’t buy this app!

Been trying to install for over two months 2 1/2 months and have not been able to use the software at all. All it keeps letting me do is download the android version have iPhone. and emailed them they have no customer service line and have not been able to use it and wasted three months of service due to this. They don’t email you back. They don’t communicate with you terrible.

Their website directly advertises a 7 day free trial. They immediately bill you $35 as soon as you download it - then they refuse to give you a refund. I even contacted customer service and they refused to give me a refund. It’s a scam. It’s so unfair.

Connectez-vous à « My Products > Setup Guide », choisissez iOS, installez KidsGuard Pro for iOS sur un PC ou Mac, puis connectez d’abord l’iPhone par USB et touchez « Se fier » pour terminer la première synchronisation.

Si cette méthode ne vous convient pas, annulez l’abonnement dans Réglages > [votre nom] > Abonnements, puis demandez un remboursement sur reportaproblem.apple.com. Vous pouvez également envoyer votre numéro de commande et votre version iOS à support@clevguard.com.

I have an iPhone and I can’t get this app to work on my iPhone at all. It will not go past the 50% mark and tells me that my Apple ID password is incorrect every single time I enter it. I even reset my password and it still says that. It’s a ripoff.

**Developer response:** We’re sorry the setup stops at 50%. Resetting the password will not resolve the issue if two-factor authentication is enabled. First, confirm that the same Apple ID can sign in successfully at iCloud.com. Then restart the setup and enter the six-digit verification code sent to the child’s iPhone when prompted. Please also make sure iCloud Backup is enabled.

If it still reports an incorrect password, email support@clevguard.com with a screenshot, your iPhone model, and iOS version. For your security, never send us your Apple ID password.

Please update KidsGuard Pro to the latest version, confirm that the child’s device is connected to the internet, and open “Permissions Check” to re-enable any disabled permissions. Then restart the child’s device and tap “Sync” on the device page.

If the data still does not update within 10 minutes, email support@clevguard.com with your account email, device model, system version, and the approximate time the issue occurred so our technical team can check the connection logs.

I have been loyal to this company for YEARS.  It’s never worked properly but I was able to cope with it because it served its purpose even without the features that don’t work. Well now after it renewed, it still shows that my subscription expired and I can’t use the app or website at all. BTW, don’t mess with the app. Monitor from the website. Most of the features work there.

Sign in with the purchasing account, open “My Products > Setup Guide > Bind Device,” select the child device’s system, and enter or scan the binding code shown on the child-side app. If your plan is missing, tap “Restore Purchases” and contact support@clevguard.com with your receipt.

The app just one day stopped working I uninstalled and installed it again and it still doesn’t work. My phone doesn’t need an update and I do have an active subscription. Someone please help.

I’ve been using this app for about a month. Less than impressed.

- Record Surround almost never works
- Social media monitoring doesn’t help much
- Many apps aren’t showing up when used
- call logs & recordings don’t show up some days
- Keylogger won’t log anything for days on end

There’s much more but I’d give it a 2 out of 5. Not worth the money I paid
