## What is KidSoothe?

KidSoothe helps parents soothe little ones to sleep with a timed dark, quiet screen — on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.

Pick a duration and start a session: the screen goes completely dark and stays awake, creating a calm, distraction-free environment. Tap once to peek at the countdown, double-tap to end early — and it always ends by itself when the timer runs out.

ON IPHONE AND IPAD
- Choose 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes
- Optional soft white noise to help your child drift off
- Gentle countdown you can show or hide with a tap
- Screen brightness dims automatically and is restored when the session ends
- A notification lets you know when the session is over
- Sessions survive app restarts — the timer keeps its place

ON APPLE WATCH
- Start a timed dark-screen session right from your wrist
- Unlike Theatre Mode, it turns itself off when the timer ends
- Tap to see remaining time, double-tap to exit
