App doesn’t recognize our membership so I’m not able to schedule. Useless app. ### 1/5 — Sooo bad *2025-10-23, version 8.4.4* Terrible app. Barely useful. Old app was better. ### 1/5 — Prefer the Old App *2025-10-05* I really preferred the original Parent App for many of its features — especially the progress counter, the ability to update profile pictures, and being able to check in from the parking lot before class. The new Membership App feels more focused on selling classes and memberships rather than enhancing the parent or student experience. My son especially loved being able to see his visual progress toward the next level, and that feature really motivated him. I hope future updates to the Membership App will bring back some of those Parent App features, like progress tracking, easy check-ins, and personalization options, to make it feel more family-centered again. ### 1/5 — Don’t Understand The Change *2025-09-13* This app has been next to worthless since the switch over. I figured it would just take time to migrate data to this new platform; but I still cannot track my son’s progress, check his class streak and rankings, etc. those were all features that were a great benefit to me and my wife to keep him motivated at home as well; so losing that has also affected him doing the things we’d like to see him do outside of class. I really hope it gets better soon. ### 1/5 — New app missing key features *2025-09-01, version 8.4.4* My wife has the email that’s linked to account so now if I want to look at his pictures from class I have her go through her email to send me them. Add the photos tab back in new app and it would be 5 stars. Without that feature it’s a 0 star but can’t put that. ### 1/5 — Lost Features *2025-08-25, version 8.4.4* The only thing this new app can do is book classes—all other features from the old version no longer exists. The link here for the “app support” only takes me to the KidStrong website and I don’t see anywhere a place to contact anyone about the app. ### 2/5 — Adding 1 Good Thing and Loosing 10 Others *2025-08-20* It’s great I can schedule a make up class from the app instead of logging into Zendesk, but I’d love for o know where I can find how many classes til the kid levels up now…. Pictures from class? Me and my wife do t always both go to class but it they will level up that class we like to know and both be there as it’s a surprise for our child. The old KidStrong app was far superior. Yikes. All of the previous functionality was removed including photos, milestones, awards, and progress. ### 2/5 — I love Kidstrong, but…. *2025-07-23, version 8.4.4* …the app is garbage. It’s clunky, and it freezes all the time. It logged me out one day and literally never let me back in. The forgot password link never sends me a reset email. ### 1/5 — Not intuitive *2025-07-19, version 8.4.4* The decision to have you default to logging in as a parent - where you cannot make any bookings or cancellations for your child - baffles me. ### 1/5 — IT101: New App Can’t have Less Functionality than Previous Version *2025-07-05* As the title says, you can’t offer a new app with less functionality than it’s previous version. Not being able to track level/rank progress, see the ranking chart, see historical information such as classes attended and photos is so frustrating. I don’t like that it tracks consecutive weeks you attended class on the tv in class but I don’t see it on the app. Also, the number of students currently signed up per class isn’t visible until you click on the class and it used to be front and center. The only bright spots are: 1. only having to use one app to book classes is nice; and 2. I’m glad it doesn’t list the names and photos of everyone in the class for everyone to see. Much better for privacy without that feature. The coaches have had to tout this new app for months and it’s a shame it’s such a terrible app! ### 1/5 — Old app was better *2025-06-30, version 8.4.4* The old app was much better for the child aspect of the class. Pictures. Awards. Progress. And I love how it has helped him grow. In the old app I was able to track his progress and see the pictures from class. I can not do either of those and it is becoming frustrating.
