Unfortunately, the tickets were not delivered as promised. We waited for over 1.5 hours in the heat, hoping to receive them via email. This delay ruined our celebration — the kids were exhausted, disappointed, and we had no choice but to buy new full-price tickets at the gate, resulting in double the cost and stress. I immediately contacted Kidzapp support and requested a full refund, but it has now been 3 days with no resolution or communication. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I respectfully request the following: 1. A full refund of AED 1500 for the tickets that were not delivered. 2. A written explanation of the issue and delay. 3. Any form of compensation (if applicable) for the inconvenience and ruined experience. If no action is taken, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to the UAE Consumer Rights Department and share my full experience publicly on social media, including screenshots and full details. ### 1/5 — Payment bug in app *2025-02-21, version 3.2.6* Payment doesn’t work, spend 30 min trying to purchase loco bear package, and payment didn’t work through (card, Apple Pay). I was returning always back to the previous screen. I had to buy it in the counter in play area . Developers, fix the bug please! ### 1/5 — Feedback *2024-12-22, version 3.2.2* Dear Kidzapp, I recently contacted your team to request an upgrade for my ticket, but I was informed that this is not possible and that I would need to purchase another ticket. I fail to see the advantage of purchasing through your platform if such flexibility is not offered. At the park itself, upgrades are possible, making the Real Madrid World experience much more accessible. Unfortunately, this limitation with your application has left me dissatisfied, and I do not see myself purchasing through your platform again if such issues persist. Deleted the app. ### 1/5 — Fake discount application *2023-07-01* I tried to book kidzania Egypt 7 hours ticket for my kid (4-14) years old and the showen offer was 430 LE then when i proceeded for online payment 450 Le so i want to why the 20 le and it’s okay to pay but want to know ?!?!?!? And it was for 5 hours not for 7 hours so i feel the app is not honest as usual:( ### 1/5 — False advertising *2022-08-28, version 1.6.66* We booked a brunch which said AED 175 for 2. Bought the tickets a week ago. On the day it was 299, checked their app and they had corrected it without any information. When asked their customer service they said it was always 299. Very bad experience and customer service not even admitting their mistake. If you buy anything from here please call venue and check directly the price first. Never using this again. We Lost AED 435 if you include 60 AED booking fees and they gave us “compensation” of 100. ### 1/5 — Privacy concerns and not for the US *2021-11-25* I downloaded the app due to all the good reviews. Well they had me register and there was an option for you to add your address or neighborhood. I selected neighborhood. I went to my account and it has my exact address in it. What’s the point of the options if they will put your address in. And how did they get my exact address? Never knew apps could do that but now I know. Then when trying to find things for my area there was nothing. Everything was 100,000s a miles away. No where in the US in fact the US is not an option in it’s cities and states. No US cities or states. So if your from the USA this app is not for you. **Developer response:** I'm sorry that you were disappointed. At the moment we don't operate in the USA, we'd love to soon though. Actually we do try and make it very clear in the description and mention a few times that it is for Dubai, Cairo etc. and UAE and Egypt specifically. Because a lot of people in the UAE do relocate here from the US we must remain on the US store - and in such cases unfortunately confusion can happen. With regards to privacy, when you select the neighborhood option it creates a large circle to make a more approximate / fuzzy location - it seems that you put the centre of the circle by coincidence in your exact address! Sorry for your disappointment but hopefully you'll be able to use us properly in the US soon! If you feel this has helped explain things, it would be great if you could re-rate us so that other UAE residents who are based on US appstore can be encouraged to use our App! ### 1/5 — Stupid App *2021-05-29* It’s so dumb. I downloaded it to obviously help with finding things to do, but when i put my location in an area in the United States. It would show me things that are in Saudi Arabia. Like i would press near me & then it would pop up attractions and things to do half way across the world. **Developer response:** Sorry you were disappointed, but the app is currently only in UAE and Egypt. We hope to be in more countries soon. We do mention in the description that we are in UAE and Egypt.
