Every time I try to sign back in, it says that my password is incorrect when I know I typed it in correct since I barely created it a few minutes before. I keep having to reset through my email and the sign in page on the app just stays buffering after receiving a code. I had an appointment scheduled through our PCP but I was just put through the main waiting queue and waiting for 40 minutes past the original time. The app says to stay on so we won’t lose our spot, but waiting for over 40 minutes my phone started to overheat and was forced shut down until it cooled off. Once I was finally able to talk to a doctor we couldn’t even see or hear each other. I had to receive a link to try the call from my browser. It just seems like hurdle after hurdle with this app. The next time the doctors office tries to refer us to use this platform I will have to refuse ### 1/5 — Horrible and expensive *2025-12-16, version 14.1.0* They charged much more than an actual office visit and we only saw a nurse, not even a doctor. I have tried logging in from multiple devices, using different browsers, and even from my desktop, and it always gives the same login error. It clearly has major bugs that nobody is fixing. There is no real support line to call, just a loop of automated messages that eventually send you to a clinical nurse who cannot help with tech problems. For an app meant to make medical care easier, it does the opposite. It wastes time and causes frustration when you need quick help the most. Bottom Line: Totally unreliable. Constant login errors, no working support, and no accountability. This is not true. The practice that answered my attempted visit refused to see us. The other time I used this app I waited almost 2 hours and when it became my turn the app exited me out and I had to start all over again. We spent an hour making the account, verifying our email, getting logged in for the appt. At the end of all that, the ap said there were no providers in our state. But our kid's pediatrician had booked at appt for us. You can’t even stay logged in for ease of access and not only that, logging in itself is glitchy beyond comprehension. Now trying to log in, I get a black screen with scrambled script on it instead of actually logging in. It’s not as great as it was before. So sad and terribly frustrating. It often feels like they don’t fully understand what they’re doing, yet still give confident advice that turns out to be incorrect. Customer service is just as bad. Getting help is frustrating, responses are inconsistent, and nobody seems to communicate properly. I’ve received conflicting information multiple times from different representatives and providers, which is honestly concerning when it comes to healthcare. What used to be a reliable and professional service now feels disorganized, careless, and unreliable. My baby girl was just constipated and in pain needed to see if it’s okay to use a lax but within that time she’s already gone, but I’m still stuck waiting to see what I need to do to make sure she isn’t like that again. The nurses and doctors have all been so helpful, patient, and kind. I take advantage of this app constantly. They have an ear ache, KidzDoc. My today visit was a successful one for the first time that’s why I would like to share . I recommend this nurse practitioner Estie Cohen who is very professional good listener and she gives solutions even when it’s a virus she is agree to prescribe bromphenir or benzonate instead of sending you out of the counter or honey and spray nasal about what I used to give to my kids when they had a cold. My son was at home today from school. I was able to schedule him an appointment for 8:15 PM which I thought was pretty cool didn’t have to bother with the ER didn’t have to wait till the next day she was really really nice thorough educated had the best bedside manner.
