All Kidzoona’s brand new products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects. A defective item can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, but it must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in its original state. For proof of purchase in Egypt, an original receipt is required.
We do not refund or exchange products that is toiletries, toiletries (inner garments), lingerie, bedding, or feeding items (barring any manufacturer’s defects). Additionally, promotional sale merchandise is not covered under the exchange policy. It is not possible to return or exchange items purchased at the Baby Fair
