Kihon is how your family follows along with your martial arts school. Every person in the household on one screen: what they trained, where they stand, when you go next, and what you were billed for. TRAINING Every class attended, marked on the calendar, with the skills each class worked on. RANK The belt, the whole ladder, and exactly what the next rank takes. Every certificate earned is kept here and can be opened full screen. SCHEDULE The standing week with your own classes first, the events you are signed up for, and the ones already behind you. MESSAGES Everything your school sends you, in one place. Their messages, plus a copy of the emails and texts they send, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. Write back right here and it reaches the front desk. ACCOUNT What each member is on, what it costs, and when it is next due. The papers you have signed, readable any time. Who may collect each child. What you have said yes and no to. NO PASSWORD TO INVENT Your school already knows your email. A code signs you in. FREE TO YOUR FAMILY Your school pays for Kihon. Families are never charged, per person or otherwise. NO TRACKING No advertising, no analytics, no third-party code watching you, and nothing sold or shared for marketing. Kihon Portal needs an account from a school that uses Kihon. There is no signup inside the app. ## Is Kihon Portal safe? Not enough ratings yet to assess Kihon Portal. ## Is Kihon Portal legit? No printing, no pen. Documents now shows the waivers waiting for your signature, and every signed waiver with its PDF, ready whenever you need it. A notification about a waiver takes you straight to it. The van's live ride ends the moment your child is signed out, so your Lock Screen stays clear. Event prices follow your school's own day, so you are never turned away at midnight from another time zone. Enjoying Kihon? There's a new Rate button under Account > About. Plus fixes that keep you signed in and everything running smoothly. ### 1.2 — 2026-10-29 • Two children at two schools? You see who is picked up and where the van is headed next. • If the school sends a second van that day, you follow the van your child is on. ### 1.1 — 2026-10-28 NEW: REMINDERS THAT TAKE YOU THERE • When your school announces an event or reminds you about one, tap the notification to open that event and sign up. • If your child's belt tests at a graduation but they are not ready yet, the tap opens their Rank page instead, so you can see what is left. • Graduations only show for the belts your family holds. NEW: PAYING, MADE CLEARER • Pay tuition from Kihon Kash (₭) when your school allows it. Turn it on from your plan in Billing. • Every Pay button names the card it will charge before you tap. • A plan with a payment behind says so the moment Billing opens. NEW: TRIPS AND WEATHER • A trip shows the forecast where you are going, indoors or out, because the drive is what weather changes. • A drive-yourself trip shows directions from the school. • An event more than ten days away says the day its forecast appears. ALSO NEW • Add to Google Calendar, next to Add to Calendar. • Tap a message notification to open that conversation. • Each kind of event wears its own colour, the same as on the web. FIXES • Belt progress counts every class since the last belt, the same number your school sees. • A slow connection when the app opens no longer signs you out. • Where state law asks, the app uses Apple's age range check, and a teen's phone shows the teen view. ### 1.0 — 2026-10-27 No release notes. ## More apps by Kihon HQ LLC - [Kihon Staff](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/kihon-staff/id6799005166) All apps by Kihon HQ LLC: https://appshunter.io/developer/6799005168 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
