The app has such great content! After using the suggested routines, bub slept through on the first night and every night since! We didn’t realise how little changes to his day would make such a difference at night. Advise specific to my baby’s age has been insightful reading along the way, reminding us of milestones and things to consider. We started using the daily rhythms suggested for our baby’s age group, they are a simple and effective way to help sleep train our little one, we found them to be really sensible guidelines to help her find a way to settle at sleep times without harsh rules and no controlled crying methods. 3 weeks in and our baby is letting us know when she’s ready for bed and asleep within minutes, she really seems to be enjoying sleep time. Finally, love the ‘trends’ section showcasing some cool brands and must have purchases for Mumma and Baby Bear. I am writing to say a huge thank you for your amazing app. I’m a first time mum and your content has made such a difference to my experience of motherhood - I think, even more than chats with my MCH nurse, your “daily rhythms” section has set us up for such a great routine, and worked so well to help me and Louie (my son) find our groove in the day. Before reading that, I had no idea what the day might look like, when he should sleep, how long to play etc. It is gold for first time parents! I also love the week by week content aimed at mums (not bubs). It’s hard to find guidance on things like exercise and nutrition that is practical and achievable- your app does both! And for free!! 🙌 You have helped me so much in these early days and while we still have our moments from time to time, our household is a such a happy one, and we are soaking up our time with our little man. I have also purchased video packages and seem to lose them. I want to use this app again with my seconded child but am getting very frustrated with it! ### 1/5 — Shonky *2021-04-07, version 4.4.4* I got asked to participate in a shoot for Little Ones Nappies with Kiindred with my little 10 month old girl and we would be supplied with 3 months worth of nappies for our trouble. Never got the nappies. Got the ‘sorry voucher has been returned’ now our emails go unanswered. Waste of time unless you have a completely easy chilled out child. For most this is a very damaging approach. ### 1/5 — Horrible advice *2019-10-17, version 3.0.24* The advice on sleep within this app is appalling and isn’t even supported by science. Facebook advertising would have you think this is somehow gentle as it’s non CIO. This advice isn’t gentle at all - it’s just controlled crying. This app does a disservice to parents by failing to inform them about what biologically normal sleep looks like. ### 1/5 — Nz phone numbers *2017-07-10* This doesnt seem to work with h NZ phone numbers :-( ### 4/5 — Good look and feel, easy to use *2022-01-23, version 5.0.1* It’s nice to not feel overwhelmed by info and just read 1-2 suggested articles per day, which I’ve found interesting, useful and easy to read and understand. I also like that you can bookmark favourite articles. I do, however, suggest having an editor proofread the articles - lots of spelling/grammatical errors, missing words, missing links etc. It’d also be good if the “Your baby at xx weeks” and “What to expect” articles came out on your weekly date (like the email from Emmy) rather than the day after. ### 4/5 — Great to have Australian content *2020-12-23, version 4.0.86* This app is designed well, and I really appreciate the Australian content.
