I can’t get into the app, it says updating and It has a link to a different app. This is frustrating, I have tried everything.

I tried this app after having tried numerous. I like the visuals and demos of the exercises. The in app timer is a great feature. 
I would of liked to be able to move exercises around, I think being able to track weight in app is necessary so that was a huge reason why I don’t like the app. I have to track weights in another app and it’s just inconvenient when there’s apps that provide that feature. 

I think this app would be good for beginners if there was more information regarding correct form and execution of each exercise.

First off I want to say I’ve seen amazing results while using this app along with consistent well eating. The workout splits are great! The only thing that bothers me is that when I am done with a certain workout I can’t click on the workout tabs as “complete” it makes me click out of the whole app and then go back into it then I can click on it to mark as complete. If this was fixed, the app would be perfect
