The loading wheel just spins and never comes up. There is no support contact on their site or with Apple. I contacted Daily Juice to let them know :(. Bummer. I have a reward I can't access now. ### 1/5 — Same Problem as Everyone Else *2017-01-10* App doesn't work, the wheel just keeps spinning ### 1/5 — HorribleApp!!! *2017-01-09* Daily Juice sent an email that I had a free lunch item. I followed the link and it said the coupon was loaded into my "wallet". After frustration, finally figured out that it was in my "Kikkle" wallet - not the Apple wallet. Opened the Kikkle app and for a week, nothing but a spinning disc. Aaaeergggghhh!!! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2017-01-02* Password reset doesn't work, date selector for birthday in profile only let's you pick a few dates. I wasn't even aware until recently that my points were accumulating and I had to check them on this app. So I download the app and it's not usable at all! I can't create an account because the store already has my email address and phone number registered in their system and if I click on forgot password it totally closes out of the app every single time. It won't let me sign in at all. I noticed there hasn't been an update since the beginning of the year,so my only hope is that they will update this app with a ton of bug fixes or my store will switch to another system...I hate to give a negative review but I can't even tell you how the app works because I can't get past the sign in page. ### 1/5 — Useless *2017-01-28* It keeps shutting down in the middle of trying to sign in.
