Half the time it won’t keep the items you add to the bag. You ALWAYS have to sign in when you open the app. There is no benefit over just using their website. **Developer response:** Dear QuaintGraphics! Looks like Kiko neglect the review before making the app live. This is unprofessional. ### 1/5 — App kept saying I need to activate my loyalty program *2018-09-13* I have this app for a while now and all of a sudden I am getting the above message. As a result I can’t use the app to add points or have my discount in store. I use KIKO product a lot and my points are just sitting there. Multiple times this happened l ended up to use browser to order my products.
