As a business owner, Kikt allows you to provide your customers with a smooth contactless payment experience. As a customer, enjoy simple, efficient QR code payments and fun rewards crafted by your favorite businesses. Users may also send money to their friends who verify their account. Kikt gives customers access to an innovative rewards system, developed by individual businesses or organizations. Businesses can create customized rewards for their consumers based on loyalty and/or amount spent. Kikt is also assisting businesses with their reopening efforts with virtual menus. Businesses upload a pdf of their menu to the Kikt app and customers are redirected to view the menu upon scanning the merchant's respective QR code. The same QR code can be scanned by customers to make payments. Transactions are completed in two ways: Scenario I (Customer Making a Payment to a Business) The customer opens the Kikt mobile app, scans the respective QR code and enters an amount. The customer then confirms the amount. The transaction is then recorded in both the recipient and customer accounts. Scenario II (Business Charging a Customer) The merchant inserts the desired amount into the POS Printer and scans the customer’s QR code located within the Kikt mobile app. The consumer then confirms the transaction by inserting their PIN and is given the option of adding a tip. If the transaction is approved, Kikt guarantees the deposit of funds within the provided bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
