The email also stated clearly that I could request for a refund if I didn't receive my order. I put in the refund request and it was denied because they said they were going to deliver in a few days. After weeks of waiting, I decided to reach out to the customer service via their live chat option. The rep actually told me she doesn't owe me any money and can't offer a refund.
