### 1/5 — Lag and have to relog in everytime

The lag is so bad that sometimes the app will just freeze or crash. An error code popped up once saying the server admins had banned me- which was strange as I was just adding stuff to my cart, the lag was just that bad. I buy the same stuff every time yet it takes what feels like 5 working days to add it to my cart. Love the company, but the app is rubbish. Not to mention that I have to log in every single time- why ?

Actual killer ink as a site and shop is amazing but the app is one of the worst I have ever used! It’s so laggy. Often crashes, doesn’t load the cart properly. Honestly so bad which is so annoying as it’s where you get points which don’t apply to the site 🫠 PLEASE spend some time fixing this app!

It’s a horrible App, with horrible customer use experience. If Killer Ink paid more than £5 to develop this App they were properly scammed. 
By the way - Killer ink is a nice website to order from. No issues with them at all. But the App is just horrible.

When your order doesn’t turn up Customer service is to be desired. They eventually get back to you but can take a couple of days.

Killer ink Confirmed I hadn’t received my parcel and my order was “with DPD somewhere” whilst they place an investigation with DPD even though they know I definitely haven’t received it Was told just to buy it again use the other delivery company and I may or may not get a refund or replacement in 15 working days… 

“Not our problem Sorry you feel you need an apology vibes”… be careful when ordering with these charlatans
